[USA] The tracking number is showing a carrier delay or shipment is late?

If your package is showing late, delayed, stuck, or processing, then it is being handled by the carrier. 

Once the package is handed off to USPS / DHL / UPS / Fedex, we do not have any control of the procedure and you must contact the carrier directly to get an update on the package.

How did we do?

My order was shipped, however I need to make changes to my address.

[INT] I already paid for shipping. Why does my post service ask me to pay extra money to receive the package?
